Compare the plans
- DIY Free: RM0 for up to 3 employees. Payroll calculation and payslips only. You prepare payroll yourself in AltomateHR.
- DIY Paid: RM30 a month for 3 employees, plus RM10 for each additional employee. Adds the salary bank payment file for your bank, plus the statutory files and Form E, EA and CP8D, which you submit yourself.
- Expert: RM500 a month for 5 employees, plus RM50 for each additional employee. Our payroll team prepares your payroll and files the monthly statutory returns after you approve, with a dedicated account manager.
On every plan, you approve each pay run, and your company pays staff through its own bank. Prices exclude 8% SST; the Payroll Hub shows your monthly fee including SST.
Optional add-ons
Expense Claim and Clock In / Out cost RM3 per employee per month each. Add them from Current plan, then Manage plan.
Year-end forms and other services
On Expert, year-end forms are billed separately: Form E and CP8D RM500 for the first 5 employees plus RM50 for each additional employee, and Form EA RM180 per employee. New-hire and leaver filing, contract stamping and offer letters are also charged per request. See Expert for details. Prices exclude 8% SST.
