It’s a government initiative under Budget 2025 that helps Malaysian MSMEs adopt digital solutions. You can get up to 50% or RM5,000 in grant value when you subscribe to approved digital services like Altomate’s SimpliFY.

Yes. Altomate is a registered Digital Service Provider (DSP) under the MADANI grant, offering services such as bookkeeping, payroll, tax filing, and virtual CFO support via our SimpliFY plans.

You’ll only need to pay 50% of the invoice value upfront. For example, if your SimpliFY plan costs RM10,000/year, you only pay RM5,000 — the grant covers the rest (up to RM5,000 maximum).

After choosing your SimpliFY plan, we’ll issue a quotation. You’ll then apply via BSN’s online portal, using our invoice as part of your submission. Approval can take up to 10–14 working days.

  • NRIC (Director/Owner)
  • SSM Business Profile
  • The latest 2 months’ bank statement or management accounts
  • Quotation from Altomate (DSP)

No. This grant is only for first-time applicants who haven’t received any previous digitalisation matching grant.

Yes. SimpliFY plans are designed to combine multiple digital services (bookkeeping, tax, payroll, and CFO) into one package, making it easier to qualify for the grant’s maximum value.

No. Dormant or semi-dormant companies are not eligible for the MADANI Digital Grant, as applicants must demonstrate a minimum annual sales turnover of RM50,000. However, if your company has resumed active operations and meets the eligibility criteria, you may still qualify. Our SimpliFY Dormant and Semi-Dormant plans remain available for companies not applying under this grant.

The grant is available until the government’s allocated budget is exhausted, which could be at any time. Early application is strongly recommended to secure your slot.
