As SSM prepares for the upcoming CRS system migration, and due to the high volume of pending cases together with the current unstable system access, we will only be accepting new SSM-related requests until Friday, 3 July 2026, to ensure all existing cases can be attended to promptly.
This applies to all SSM-related services, including:
- Company Incorporation
- Company Secretary Requests
- Statutory Filings
- Other SSM-related submissions
Please note that the SSM system will be unavailable from 7 July to 14 July 2026 (9:00 AM) as part of the CRS migration. Any requests received after our cut-off may only be be processed once the system resumes.
Please also note that while SSM has indicated the system is expected to resume on 14 July 2026 (9:00 AM), the official reopening is subject to SSM’s confirmation. We will await SSM’s official announcement and keep you informed of any updates.
