We would like to inform you of an important upcoming service disruption from the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM). SSM is transitioning to a new Corporate Registry System (CRS), which will replace its existing legacy systems. During this transition, SSM’s online services will be temporarily unavailable. Please plan your corporate filings and submissions accordingly.
Submission Deadlines by Location
Users must complete all document submissions before the following deadlines:
- 18 June 2026 (4.00 pm) — SSM State Office counters in Kedah, Terengganu, and Kelantan.
- 19 June 2026 — MyCoID, e-Secretary, and counters at SSM Headquarters, Selangor, Penang, Melaka, Negeri Sembilan, Perlis, Sabah, and Sarawak.
- 23 June 2026 (10.00 pm) — MBRS / E-BOS / MyLLP / e-Secretary / EzBiz
What This Means for Your Business
During the closure period, the following will be affected:
- New company incorporations (Sdn Bhd registration) — submissions must be completed before the respective cut-off dates above.
- Annual Returns and statutory filings — ensure all pending lodgements are submitted before the deadlines.
- Director / shareholder changes and company updates — any pending resolutions requiring SSM lodgement should be filed in advance.
- Company Secretary requests — our team will continue to prepare your documents; submissions will resume once SSM systems are back online.

- If you have an urgent incorporation or filing, contact us immediately so we can prioritise submission before the cut-off.
