Company Incorporation Series
Officially, a company is considered incorporated by the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) once the Notice of Incorporation (Section 15) is issued. However, from a business owner’s perspective, the process can only be completed when you receive your Certificate of Incorporation (S17), an important document that validates your business’s legal status.
