Yes. This will involve registering a new company (Pte Ltd), transferring your assets (if any) from enterprise/partnership to Pte Ltd then deregistering the enterprise/partnership. Just let us know via email or WhatsApp, and we get everything ready for a smooth transition.
Please note: There is no direct conversion as enterprise, partnership and Pte. Ltd. are under different legal systems and structures.
Immediately after your company secretary is appointed, you will receive an email on opening a business bank account. We will prepare all documents required.
